Local delivery within our serviceable area is currently free of charge, with no minimum order value. This may change with prior notice on this page.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address around your usual delivery time, and that milk/dairy items are refrigerated promptly after delivery. As products are perishable, we are not able to hold undelivered orders overnight.
If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or no one being available to receive the order, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being cancelled and, where paid online, refunded as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
